The first exhibition to showcase artists from the UK public relations (PR) industry, ‘The Art of PR’, will open to the public for a week in London this November 18-23, 2024
Occhi is pleased to present our second solo collaboration with Alan Weiss, titled 'Transition'. Alan was born in the “Copper Belt” in South Central Africa in the town of Kitwe, Zambia. In this exhibition, Alan continues to explore subject matters, themes, and interests influenced by his upbringing in central and southern Africa.
As part of the 2023 Antiuniversity Now series of events, Occhi was proud to support Catherine’s ‘Reshaping Histories’ – a guided walk around Lincoln’s Inn Fields (LIF) to investigate the spatial practices and social habits of its public spaces and buildings of its historic built fabric along with its more recent and upcoming site transformations.
International Communications Association, Inc. and Diaspora Now Inc, in association with Occhi Arts and Entertainment present “Spirituality & Ritual in the African Diaspora”, at Dwyer Cultural Center, 309 W123rd Street, Harlem, NY - The show opened on June 8th and runs until August 31st, 2023. On Saturday 15th July Panelists included artists Ademola Olugebefola, Jorge Valdes, Patricia Brintle, Marlon Forrester, curator Anderson Pilgrim, and Prof. Carol B. Duncan.
